- Myofascial Release
Technique(MFR)
Involves applying a gentle stretch on the skin with sustained pressure (for 3-5min) to specific areas of the body to release tension and tightness in the fascia and rehydrate the tissue.The myofascial system consists of a network of connective tissues called fascia that surrounds and supports all the muscles, bones, nerves, cells, and organs in the body. When the fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can cause pain, discomfort, and reduced range of motion.

- CuppingInvolves placing cups on the skin to create suction, which draws healthy blood flow to the tissues to rehydrate and provide nutrients back into affected tissues. Proposed benefits include pain relief, reduced inflammation, and increased blood flow, and breaking up adhesions.Sometimes can leave discoloration on the skin which usually clears up within 5-8 days (sometimes sooner, and can be done without leaving marks)

- Gua sha
A.k.a “muscle scraping” offers benefits like muscle pain relief, improved circulation, reduced muscle tightness, and faster recovery for athletes. This Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) technique uses a smooth-edged tool to stimulate blood flow, break down adhesions, and reduce inflammation by encouraging the movement of metabolic waste and stagnant fluids.

- Assisted Stretching
Having another person guide your body into stretching positions can be beneficial for improving posture, reducing muscle tension, improving range of motion, increasing blood flow circulation, injury prevention, enhancing body awareness and stress management.

Thanks for stopping by! I'm Ashley Sanchez. A bit about myself, I graduated from Inspirit School of Healing Arts in 2022 and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist ever since. Prior to that, I graduated from the University of Central Florida with my Bachelor’s in Sports and Exercise Science. Around this time, I was working closely with Physical Therapists and Chiropractors, but Massage Therapy kept calling me.
Blending everything I've learned so far, into our sessions, gives me the most comprehensive feel for what your body is saying it needs.
I currently hold other certifications such as; Active Release Technique of the Spine (ART), Pranic Healing, Reiki, Assisted Stretch Therapy, and John F. Barne's Myofascial Release Technique (MFR).
Other modalities such as; cupping, stretching, gua sha, and sound therapy are also used to facilitate the flow of energy and improve circulation.My goal is to continue to learn and grow as much as possible so I am able to create a space that facilitates healing of the body, mind, and spirit as a whole. I look forward to guiding your body back to its natural state of being.
